Taste Meets Convenience Pleasantly surprised by my first week of trying the app and ECC meals. I enjoyed the variety, and particularly liked the Turmeric Chicken and Blackened Chicken Salad. My order arrived at the start of the week which was perfect for allocating meals for the week. The convenience of coming home late with healthy meal options, provided a sense of relief and ease. Reliable & Delicious Every order I've placed since March 2020 has been consistent and tasty! These ready-to-heat-and-eat meals are freshly made of excellent nutritious ingredients. I'm amazed that I've never had one that I didn't devour completely. As a single person who has an irregular schedule, I just order when I know I can eat the meals within a few days. There are regular subscriptions that many folks might like, but I'm usually good with 5 meals on each order.

Best prepared meal company We have tried them all but always come back to Eat Clean. My family likes their meals the most. I really like the fact it is local. The food seems much fresher than the ones that have to ship like Factor and Territory. They did mess up delivery once but quickly resolved the issue. Customer service is great.

Clunky App I’ve had a few issues using the app where the payment never processes. The last time it did it, I received an order number, but I did not get food that week because they said it was an error. It did it to me again last night when I entered a new payment method. I did not receive a confirmation, but received an order number. This morning I went on the site to see if I could get more info and fix it and I could. Definitely beware when you are using the app. Besides that, the food is good. The broccoli is never cooked enough and I do wish they had vegetables with each meal.

Stoke Study The meals were very tasty especially the tilapia, meat loaf and the Kale salad. A few times my food bag smelled like cigarettes smoke. But that was corrected. on my next order. I have not received my meals for this week. I'm waiting to hear from my coordinator as to why?

Healthy and Delicious! I ordered four meals and enjoyed each one immensely! Not only were they delicious, which isn't always the case when you're trying to eat healthy, but I was surprised at how ample the portions were. I found myself eating leftovers for lunch the following day, which was an added bonus. I found all the meals to be very satisfying, and I will definitely order again!

Back On Track I’ve been ordering from ECC for a few years now off and on. I really appreciate the meal choices which is not just plain chicken and broccoli per se. I go back to these meals when I feel my eating gets out of control, meaning over serving myself which completely throws off my diet and destroys my hard work. They are also very convenient for work lunches instead of ordering a caloric glutinous meal.

Most delicious & efficient way to eat clean! This is the most delicious Healthy meal prep I have tried. There are so many yummy options to choose from. I love that I can either pick up meals at my gym (W3Body) or order online when I want to plan my menu for the week. As a business owner, my time is valuable so I don't always have time to meal plan and prep healthy meals on top of everything else I do which usually leads me to give in to unhealthy meals. Whenever I have Eat Clean, I love how much time I get back in my day or even week. The flavors from other healthy meal prep services have been ok, but Eat Clean is so good, I forget I'm "eating clean" and I can stay on track longer!

Delicious food; no subscription required I've been a ECC client for a few years, and I love their meal choices. The food is delicious and super-convenient. As I'm opposed to subscription-based meal plans due to my erratic travel schedule, I order once or twice a month when I know I'll be in town for a week after receiving the prepared meals that I choose from their menu. My low sodium diet requires fresh non-processed foods, and although I don't know the exact sodium content, I know it is way better than frozen options.
