Awesome! I had Factor Meal Prep for about a year and finally decided to make the switch to ECC! I learned about it through Instagram and a friend of mine convinced me to try it. I have not been disappointed with my decision. The food tastes great and it feels great to know I’m supporting a local Chicago business. I love that it takes the guess work out of my meals and supports the goals that I have for myself. You guys are great!

Shipping issues. While I find the meals to be both healthy and delicious and the portions quite generous, the delivery could use a lot of improvement. I failed to receive two complete weekly orders, another order arrived 1 1/2 days late and nearly all of the orders that I have received had mild to extensive damage. I understand that you can’t control what happens after the order has been turned over to the shipping company, but I believe better care could be used in the packaging. I have not experienced this problem with other food delivery companies. The dry ice freezes the plastic containers, and they have a tendency to crack and shatter leaving numerous plastic shards in the food. I believe using more packing materials and sealing the containers so they don’t pop open, and or using less fragile containers could be beneficial. I hope this review is helpful. Tom Visser

I have tried a large number of meal prep services including Prepped and Plated, Cook Unity, and Factor75, but this one is by FAR the best quality and value for food and service. The delivery people are very attentive to delivery instructions, and the food is delicious. I love that you can order bulk items as well. The only complaint is that some items are a bit overpriced, like the breakfast sandwiches and the overnight oats.

Best Meal Prep Service Eat Clean Chicago is absolutely worth it! I do like to meal prep but some weeks it takes up too much of my Sunday. ECC has helped me get the same benefits of meal prepping without taking up my weekend. They also offer a wide array of healthy and tasty options. Taste Meets Convenience Pleasantly surprised by my first week of trying the app and ECC meals. I enjoyed the variety, and particularly liked the Turmeric Chicken and Blackened Chicken Salad. Reliable & Delicious Every order I've placed since March 2020 has been consistent and tasty! These ready-to-heat-and-eat meals are freshly made of excellent nutritious ingredients. I'm amazed that I've never had one that I didn't devour completely. As a single person who has an irregular schedule, I just order when I know I can eat the meals within a few days. There are regular subscriptions that many folks might like, but I'm usually good with 5 meals on each order.

Clunky App I’ve had a few issues using the app where the payment never processes. The last time it did it, I received an order number, but I did not get food that week because they said it was an error. It did it to me again last night when I entered a new payment method. I did not receive a confirmation, but received an order number. This morning I went on the site to see if I could get more info and fix it and I could. Definitely beware when you are using the app. Besides that, the food is good. The broccoli is never cooked enough and I do wish they had vegetables with each meal.

Healthy and Delicious! I ordered four meals and enjoyed each one immensely! Not only were they delicious, which isn't always the case when you're trying to eat healthy, but I was surprised at how ample the portions were. I found myself eating leftovers for lunch the following day, which was an added bonus. I found all the meals to be very satisfying, and I will definitely order again!

Back On Track I’ve been ordering from ECC for a few years now off and on. I really appreciate the meal choices which is not just plain chicken and broccoli per se. I go back to these meals when I feel my eating gets out of control, meaning over serving myself which completely throws off my diet and destroys my hard work. They are also very convenient for work lunches instead of ordering a caloric glutinous meal.

This is what I was looking for in meal delivery The website is so easy to use and the food is all legit. I especially like the lemon butter chicken, burger, salmon, and PB&J Oats. I am surprised at just how filling everything is, and while being clean, it's not lacking in flavor. I have a piece of almond butter toast in the AM and two of these meals a day and I'm good to go.
