Meal Prep Delivery FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What if I do not want a subscription?

Choose A La Carte, if you'd like to subscribe click 'Weekly Meal Plan'.

2. Do you freeze your meals?

Definitely not, we take pride in working with local distributors for fresh produce at all times.

3. What is the shelf life of your meals?

5 days after being coooked, it is labeled on the dish.

4. Can I freeze the meals?

You can BUT we do not recommend due to loss of flavor after being frozen, we are not liable after freezing.

5. What do I do with the cooler bag?

Our cooler bags can hold up to 10 meals with a cooler pack, if you only have one bag we suggest you leave the door the day of delivery or hand it to the driver if you are home for the delivery. We highly suggest you purchase two so we can rotate the bags for you, no meals gets left behind!

6. What are the reheating instructions?

Heating would be on the label, depends on the dish.

7. When do you deliver?

We deliver Mondays and Thursdays, 10am - 5pm.

8. Where does Eat Clean Chicago deliver?

Chicago land area and surrounding suburbs.

9. What are the payment options?

We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards and gift cards.

10. What is your policy on food allergies?

At Eat Clean Chicago, we use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free, and because of this, we can not recommend our fresh food delivery service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.

11. Do you have a location?

We do not have a storefront, and we welcome customers to see where their food is prepared. Email or call in to speak with us about how we can customize your diet plan. I will be going out of City, can I pause my meal plan? You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online or via the phone. Pausing must be done for one or two weeks at a time, and it must be requested 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel, your food will be delivered for the current billing cycle and will then be canceled. All cancellations must be made on the website.
