Honestly, I love the food. It tastes fantastic. However, you guys need to do something with the packages for delivery. I do understand that the food delivers locally; however, most of the time, by the time food gets to my house, it is already warm, which makes me concerned about its quality. Have you thought about better packaging like in the colling bag with dry ice? Also would be nice if containers have seals on them so I know that nobody touched my food during transportation. It is getting warm in Chicago, meaning the food delivery is about to get even worse. For example, most of the time, my food gets delivered when I’m not at home, so my package, which is not even appropriately sealed, needs to wait outside my apartment until I get home. Please take my comments into consideration and take some action. Thank you

I’ve tried a lot of meal prep options in the Chicagoland and so far Eat Clean Chicago is my favorite. The only disappointment I have every week is that the food is not sealed for delivery and the packaging is really not meant to keep the food in a safe temperature zone (they use paper bags) I know theres is an option to get your food delivery in cooler bags for an extra charge but even with that the food might not hold safe temperatures, and you have to purchase those cooler bags every time you order so for a customer like me that I have set-up a weekly meal subscription I’m gonna ended up with a lot of cooler bags that I wont use for anything else and I’ll find myself paying extra all the time and right now during the summer usually my food sits outside by the door for a couple of hours while I get home (they don’t offer scheduled delivery). I hope the owners of this company can take this in consideration and come with a win-win solution.

Amazing tasting food and great delivery! I was recommended to try Eat Clean Chicago by a coworker and I am so glad I did! I just got my meals so I haven’t tried them all but the chicken Parmesan that I did try was amazingly great. Packed with a lot of flavor and it felt good eating the food! Really love the macros breakdown on the labels as well! Can’t wait for lunch and dinner for the rest of the week!

this is great! Tilapia Zarandeado is wonderful! read carefully when ordering. received a lot of meals with jasmine rice. would prefer different veggies. but that was my fault. hopefully they will include more pork dishes. I’m ordering again. thank you
