This is a total comfort food meal for me. The potatoes are amazing and take care of a mashed potato craving. The chicken thigh is a great call as a barbecue style chicken and seems to have more flavor than a breast. Highly recommend this!
My new favorite. Great flavor on the sauce, mashed potatoes are nice and creamy, and the seasoning and roasting on the carrots is spot on.
